Ekko kleptomancy bug

Last game I played as Ekko top and got screwed over because I never received the 5 bonus gold after using a spell and auto attacking an enemy champion. The random chance consumables were working as intended, but the only gold I was rewarded from kleptomancy was from the Sly Sack of Gold consumable. I tested the bug multiple times, by using my E and attacking an enemy champion with it. I also tried using Q, then auto attacking. No dice. In an action-packed 35 minute match, I was only awarded 335 gold from kleptomancy.
