Game crash

For some reason, one game in 5 crashes during the loading. My champ load to 100% and then it stops. There is no sign that the game has crashed, it just doesn't connect, but the match has already started and often my companions surrenders before I can play. I've been put in the low priority (20 frigging minutes of wait) because of this and I dunno what is causing it.
