Very Large Problem need some help

Ok, so here is my problem. It started about 2 days ago and the thing that continually happens on a regular basis is that my game just disconnects from Pvp.net. Then minutes later it just reconnects and repeats this over and over and over again. But that is not the only thing it does. It also stops my program client from working and forces me to shut the program down and reboot it. So whenever i join into a champ select I immediately get forced to reboot the client and it bans me from matchmaking. I have tried the repair button, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game entirely. Yet it continues to have this problem. I have no other ideas of what could be happening please help. Literally as I was typing this I was on the home screen and the pop-up just appeared saying the lolclient has stopped working and closed it.

UPDATE: 9/16/15

The problem is still occuring and since it started happening it has progressively gotten worse and worse now it has become really hard to even find a match because sometimes the pop-up to accept or decline a match doesn't even show up and goes away so i get forced out of the queue and sometimes even banned. I don't believe it is the lolclient itself rather it being my profile for some reason. The reason for believing it to be this is because it only does this to my accounts regardless whos' computer i am on or where i am it always disconnects me i have continued to repair it to no avail. plz halp :(
