Multiple bugs DISCOVERED!!!

Hi last game i saw enemy Blue on map, but when i went to their blue in their jungle there was no blue, YET blue STILL showing on the map. I check carefully to make sure no small monsters were there, camp was empty yet blue appeared on mini-map.

Also Volibear feels buggy, Runeguard skin feels like it moves SLOWER than the default Volibear skin. I'm saying this as a volibear main i only play volibear in ranks, from bronze 5 to plat. Please look into this.** MOST importantly, volibears moving through minioions is VERY BUGGY! muliple times i would get completly stuck on minions. Please look into Volibear's movespeed and walking thourgh minions. ** Please look into these 3 bugs RIOT thanks.
