(Crash): Game Breaking Pointer Lock

NA Server (Kindred, Blue Side) - for this match

• Game ends, Victory/Continue come up, but mouse pointer has disappeared.
• Alt+Tab out of game find mouse pointer
• Alt+ Tab back into client.
• Mouse pointer is rapidly drawn towards the center of the screen above the continue button.
• Attempts to pull the mouse in any direction result in an immediate return to the center position (unable to drag it to / click the continue button).
• Alt + Tab out of client and mouse pointer is now stuck at top left corner of windows screen.
• "" back into client and pointer is still stuck in the center
• Unplug and Replug mouse. No effect
• Unplug and plug in different mouse. No effect.
• Cntrl+Alt+Delete and mouse works,
• Click task manager to close League client
• Returned to windows screen with Task manager open, but a mouse pointer that is still stuck in upper left corner
• Forced to Restart windows with double Cntrl+Alt+Delete

Has happened a couple of times, at what seems like random, over the past few weeks/month(s). Only seems to occur during victories. Cannot begin to express how EXTREMELY frustrating it is to have this game render my computer UNUSABLE until restarted. Please Look into this.
