TFT Tristina Bug

so I start playing the game. and then there was this guy with Tristina with Infinity edge and the buffs on his team were the only knight.because he had Garen and Mordekaiser and Tristina.and then somehow, I don't know how but somehow Tristina started attacking very fast. she got attack speed so much. then I thought it's ok maybe he has Rage blade and I can't see due to some bugs then in next wave he was my enemy again and again and again.there are 10 people there and the game can choose 9 of them to give me and it gave me this guy 3 times.how?is it a bug?or he is cheating? Sadly there is no match history for TFT so I can show you guys the replay.

You can get more atack speed if you either have a item who offers it or that you have at least 2 rangers. Cause if not mistaken they offer bonus atack speed.

I faced the same guy 5 times in a row. We were down to the final 3 people and it kept having me and the other person not in first fight each other going back and forth between 2nd and 3rd while the guy in 1st sat at 34 health fighting ghosts until I finally lost and the guy I had been fighting over and over was down to like 4 health and then died to elder drake having not faced the guy in first, and the guy in first having not faced any real people in like 6 rounds.
