Log in issue

Hi all . after i updated the launcher to patch 8.9 i got this new issue . the launcher keeps saying that i am offline . but i am not . i opened the LOL launcher and i went to play csgo . i was playing csgo with my friends but LOL was saying i am ofline so i tested some thing . i used command control and typed ping 8.8.8.8 and then it showed that every thing was fine no packet lost . i searched the whole over the network and i did every thing that every body else did but yet it says i am offline and i cant log in . i did every thing that support told me but yet nothing changes . i changed my network to phone network . nothing changed . i went to my uncle's house to use their network and nothing changed . so any body knows what else i should try ????
