CLIENT. A bug where the screen is in a narrow-frame mode even when the full screen setting is select

This has only happened today. I don't know what's causing it. I've tried restarting league, switching between full screen and window mode, and so forth. Nothing gets rid of the two black bars on the sides of my screen.
