Buzzing Sounds In Game, Kind of Like Flies

I don't know why, but its really getting on my nerves. In my League games I swear to God I hear a soft buzz every once in a while, it sounds like flies and its really messing with me because apparently no one else in the lobby hears it, or does and is just screwing with me when I ask. Point is, does anyone know why this is happening?
