Would'nt let me que up

Said i was in a game but i wasn't. So i logged out then back in. Now it says I've left to many lobby's recently i can't play team builder ... but i haven't left any lobby's since at least my last stretch of playing league which was like 6 weeks ago and even then i don't think i left many. I Dc'ed from two games over the past couple games and one i was not able to join at all and the other they surrender while i was dced but I've left no lobby's so i dont understand.
