in game chat issue?

any 1 else no able to chat in game? iv legit tried every key on my laptop and nothing has brings up chat box iv check setting 20 times still cant figure it out and ik im not muted nothing says i have a few games to go before its gone nope none so i have no clue whats going on :c any help would be nice
