Bami's Cinder/Cinderhulk shop bug

so, i was playing Darius , all was going well, and i had a bami's cinder, thats all well and good. here is where the issue begins... i was about to buy sunfire (i didnt have smite just because i wanted teleport flash instead) and i saw that cinderhulk was purchasable... i did a doubletake and tested it out. i right clicked to purchase the item. I payed for the item, it seemed a little odd that you can now buy cinderhulk without smite so i checked my inventory. gold? yes it was consumed cinderhulk ? no where to be seen bami's cinder? shows in my inventory, but not in the team overview tab refundable? no we probably would have lost the game anyways, but the fact that this bug just sent 2700 or so gold to the void with nothing to show for it was very annoying.

TL;DR - I was Darius, bought a cinder hulk and my item disappeared. I have included screenshots.
