[Gameplay] Anivia Skillset Bug(s)

1. Q doesn't stun
2. Q doesn't apply frost
3. W allows units to phase/walk through
4. E registers zero damage
5. R is cancelled unexpectedly

I love Anivia, and i used to main her, but I stopped playing her when i discovered multiple bugs, some happening more often than others. These bugs make Anivia Virtually useless with the exception of auto attacks. I noticed it within the first few months of 2014 and have discussed with others wether they have been seing the same thing, they have.

Example: 1./2. Many times early in one particular game against a pre-6 kassadin, i used my q, it CLEARLY damaged him, yet did not apply a slow, or frost effect. This continued to happen, accompanied by a lack of stuns being applied (even when 80% of the area of Q's stun hitbox, and kassadin's hitboxes were colliding) 3. For the whole 10 months i have known anivia as a character, i have understood that her W will create impassable terrain. I later learned that it will nudge units out of the way and that (if the wall is directly on top of them) they will be pushed to one side or another. The problem is that one will expect they will be nudged to the nearest edge, however, when on the edge upon casting, 60% of the time i see people that are on the edge simply walk INTO the wall, through it and walk on the other side (they also seem to be slowed by 95%+ percent while doing this. 4. This was much more rare than the others, and i have only seen it myself twice or three times. Instead of applying double or normal damage, it simply did not apply any damage at all, it IS possible there was a spellshield that was instantaneously destroyed upon hit, but i did not see one nor see where one could come from at the time. 5. Check the text file i have sent for another anivia player's conversation about this, as i have not personally experienced it.

Rarity and necessity to be fixed:

1. At least twice per game___ABSOLUTELY CRUCIAL__
2. 5% of the time___Crucial__ to her bonus damage from E
3. Every single time the conditions are met, it happens_meh, not a terrible inconvenience, a little frustrating, lowest priority of all
4. Twice, and only within the past 3 months it has appeared_Relies on E damage, so it needs to be worked out, but it is much rarer
5. One known occurence_also low priority

P.S. It appears i no longer know where the screenshot/text file is of the chat i had with another Anivia player about her r being cancelled by illegitimate reasons.

Vinavia is a friend that also used to main anivia, but she was buggy and, "that was the main reason i stopped maining anivia." I started playin league october 2013, and he mained anivia prior to that, so please give anivia some love adn fix her up
