Skill shots not landing on Jhin

As I was playing Braum in normals, I was actively fighting the jhin, who was fed, but very low. A single Braum Q would/should have killed him. So I Q'd him in the face, little did I know, it wouldnt register. He crit, I died. This happened multiple times. Though my team claimed the Jhin was scripting, but it looked like it was just not registering his hitbox instead of dodging. This also occured with a Jinx W.

Even our fed poppy couldnt save our souls. He solo carried the enemy to victory, life is tilting.

Jhin has this fun bug too where his W skillshot has to be aimed in such a way that it misses the target in order to hit the target sometimes. Also, sometimes if you hit your target with the W visually, you don't hit them at all :D Ain't that fun?

So I think it's just a thing about skillshots fizzling when they hit on your screen, but because of local lag, it doesn't actually hit.

No, I was braum, my skill shot went directly through him, on multiple screens.
