Client Doesn't Return After-Game

I have encountered a bug where the after game screen doesn't boot up, there fore I have to restart my client. It is quite annoying, and it has happened for three games so far. In fact, the client even ends its own process. I have no idea why it occurs, but I have not been able to report someone who was being fairly toxic.

Same here, (usually) there's no after match after clicking the button in the Victory (or Defeat) screen. One out of -I don't know- 10 times it works, though.

A lot of people have that, some with the lol client still running in the background (without a visible window) and some without. No solution afaik, I'd be interested to hear about it, too.

I'm running Win 7 64.
