Frequent disconnects and Sound

My issue is that in most (if not all) of my games of ARAM I always get disconnected once. I check my internet connection. Everything is still running. I'm not sure why this happens but it usually always gets me killed by the enemy because I will end up running right into them. My second issue is that after my first initial game played, my lobby and champion select will be completely soundless. The game itself has full sound, but I miss my queues a lot due to me looking away and missing it. But this is a major issue for me. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this.
