unable to buy runes

recently the runes went on sale. and I went to buy all the ones I was missing. I have tier 1 runes and tier 2 runes. and had a few tier 3 but not many due to the amount. but now every time I try to buy more runes (I'm on my last few) and every time I try to buy them I always get this error "you have reached the maximum amount for this item"

I have the same problem but I can't see tier 1 runes at all. In my shop are only tier 2 and 3. I'm glad that I bought the necessary runes first otherwise I had a real problem ...
