According to the tool tip, warwick's Q: Hungering strike deals "the greater damage between 75/125/175/225/275 (+ 100% AP) and 8/10/12/14/16% (+100% AP) of the targets maximum health." I had 128 AP and my Q wasn't dealing 144% of my targets max HP. Either the tooltip is wrong or misleading or the ability is not working as intended.
You seem to be missing a fundamental understanding of how tooltips work.
When it says 100% ap, it means 100% of your ap scales into it as flat damage and not be converted to a %. Meaning at lvl 5 it will be 16% + 128 ap for you.
yeah this tooltip could be way better
imo it should say
"Deals Magic Damage equal to the greater between 75/125/175/225/275 or 8/10/12/14/16% of the target's maximum health, plus an additional (100% AP)."
Now i understand, i was confused at first. There are some tooltip bugs still in the game (like ex's ult saying wrong Ad scaling some of the time)
