Can the punishment for dodging in rotating gamemodes be more severe
People dodge all the time and it kinda defeats the purpose of have a fun fast paced game mode.

I think a restriction from RGM would be more fit. A lot of people dodge in these modes which hurts the experience of 9 other players. If they're a dick in RGM but behave well in other modes, let them play the other modes but restrict their accounts from the funmodes. Warnings should be given. I think Riot should give a message "next time you dodge champion select, you will face a "X minute penalty" when you log back in. After a couple of dodges they should get "next time you dodge during champion select, you will be restricted from playing X game mode for the rest of the weekend."
