Glitch with Lissandra's model

so when I was in game Kalista black speared me in the enemy tower zone and I got executed, but when I respawned something was off

I think this happened because the black spears animation was not over by the time I respawned so it spawned me in as my death animation with Lissandra invisible as she is in the death animation.

this was a funny glitch that made me and my friends laugh. 10/10
