Too much FrameDROPS. Game is not playable.

Ever since 2020 pre-season update, I am experiencing 'severe' frame drops that i never experienced before. My laptop's spec is, CPU: 4700hq Ram: 16gb GPU: 770m O/S: Windows 10 home 64 bit WIth medium in-game graphic settings, I get around 150+fps With low in-game graphic settings, i get around 200300 fps When i run the game, cpu temperature runs about 5060c and gpu temperature runs about 40~50c The laptop definitely meets both minimum / recommended requirements to play. Also to mention, this NEVER happened before 2020 pre-season patch (11-19-2019 was the patch date i believe) No matter how high the fps i get, I am getting 'consistent frame drops' that is so severe that i can't even play the game. If this doesn't fix, I might have to consider quitting league. Just simply because it is not playable. Please fix this ASAP riot.

(I've tried to reinstall league of legends, clean/full reinstall. and I also formatted my laptop just because of this. NOTHING changed. NOTHING fixed.)
