So when is this Frame Drop getting fixed?

Why isn't there like an announcement from Riot about client issues & Frame Drop issues ? If there is one, could anyone link it to me please. Why doesn't Riot say anything about these issues in client ? (In-client, upper left corner next to play button, there is an exclamation mark which works like an alarm system or important message system) Why don't they say anything about these 2 Major issues within the client? With these 'Client bug' & 'frame drop' regarding threads, did anyone even get a message back from riot? I'm not asking for some personal twitter board message. There is a league of legends website right here, which is called 'report a bug' forum. Why isn't there any announcement about these major issues? Are they seriously kicking users out because they haven't prepared their game well enough? This is Riot's problem and they better fix it. When is it gonna be? How long do we have to wait ? I'm still waiting because i Love league, but Riot is definitely pushing users' patience limits here. So when do we get some kind of public in-client announcement that the game is having severe frame-drops for certain users? that it is "NOT" users fault?

In order to fix this frame drop issue, i've tried : Clean reinstall league Multiple times. : Formatted my whole PC (No file kept. clean format) : Turn off any outside programs (I never used program called blitz, I am not using discord or any other overlays. I even turned off anti-virus program) : My laptop averages 200 fps with medium or high settings. (but currently I am having 'frames drop' issue so it has framedrop spikes now) : This Frame Drop problem never occurred to me before their 'pre (bullshit, unprepared) season patch' on November 19th (or 20th). : My latop temperature is around 5060c when I run league. Temperature isn't the issue here. : My internet runs about 500Mbps1gb downlaoding // 3050Mbps uploading. I live in mid-west. I get in-game ping around 1018ms. Internet speed/condition is Not a problem here as well. : My latop's spec is 4700HQ cpu // 16GB Ram // 770m gpu // windows 10 (well above recommended spec all around)

The game literally got ruined right after they did the patch on November 19th. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO HEAR FROM RIOT THAT THEY FUCKED IT UP AND THAT THEY WILL FIX IT ?

I am upset over this problem and the only reason I'm writing about this is because I still love League, and I always have. If I really didn't give a fuck I would just delete this game and quit. (And tell others why they should quit too since I would be leaving with a bad taste) However, I still want to believe that they would fix this and that's the game company I enjoy. Help me out here Riot. Whether i am a cash spending user or not, I am one of your customer, who uses& loves this game a lot. If you want me to show you how much I've spent $ in-game, I will. I just don't think that's the point here. (hence i will not upload that info) League is a free game, and since I wanted to support Riot & League, I spent some $ in this game. I know that doesn't matter when we talk about who is the valuable user (because everyone is) but I just want to tell you, I 've been supporting Riot in my own way for a long time.

Help out your old friend please Riot. And hear the voices that you need to hear. Before doing extra-ordinary upgrades & changes, don't give up on your basics & foundation. Game that does not run well cannot go a long way. I can adapt to different types of patches(buffs&nerfs) but when the game literally doesn't function, there is nothing users can do but leave eventually.

Please post some kind of public announcement about these issues (client crash & frame drops) so that users don't blame themselves meaninglessly. Because at the end, they are gonna know the problem is on riot's end. All the other games run fine, but all the sudden league is the only game that has trouble right after the patch. that's not a coincidence

I am waiting to hear from Riot.
