Hey guys,
I got this bug wich is bothering me so hard right now. I was already wondering for a while now why i cant get hextech chests anymore. On my profil it says i can earn 4 chests and i have played with champions who i dont have a chest already mutiple times reaching S- or higher. I double checked all of these things before posting here. Can someone help me? I have 3 keys from fragments but no chest since months.
Were you playing them while they were free? You can only get chests from champions you already own. Otherwise, no clue why this is happening :(
Ouch, I'm sorry to hear that man. Hope that problem gets fixed soon for you, cause that's definitely not working right.
If its any consolation, there seems to be a few bugs going around with Hextech crafting atm. Personally, I had a weird thing where I've been playing at least 3 games a day for the past...want to say couple of weeks. I know key frag drop chance is low when you play a lot, but I didn't have any drop for like 5 days. Then all of a sudden I log in today, played 3 games in a row, most of them I did pretty mediocre. Three key frags dropped, one from each game.
Idk, stuff just ain't working right xD
Same goes with missions btw. There are none for me. Riot can you please explain what is happening to my account?
hmmm i look at you match history it don't say you play bloodmoon. and the last game you play was with sona 0/6/15 about 16-17 hrs ago. this bug report was made 7-8 hrs ago so. what game did you think u got a s- on?
If you get four S- or better, you cannot get any more chests. You regent chests over time (6 hours per I think)
