Failure to load into match

I've had this bug maybe twice in the past 3 months, but both times it's guarunteed me to have to restart my computer. Basically, my league'll go into loading, get to like, 15% and then freeze up, if i alt tab nothing happens, if i CTRL Alt Delete and start task manager my league goes black and i can't do anything with my other programs, and i end up being forced to restart, then if i try to reconnect, the bug happens again.

My friend also had this bug earlier, both of us had the issue with games where Bard were inside it.

I also had this bug about 2 months ago when i picked up Trynda and tried him in a match.

Same thing is happening to me my friends on the same connection are in the match and I can use chat and the internet but cant get in the match I even repaired my client and still cant rejoin them.
