Extremely delayed getting into champ select

When i queue for a game today, and today only (Never happened before) the waiting for players will all light up, then about 5 seconds later i'm now in champ select, everyone having already called their roles. My computer and internet are as fast as they've always been, this just started today, it's making getting a role i like painful.

anyone got a fix?
