Team Builder "INVALID_CHAMP_SELECTION" Error

I recently bought Lee Sin , and every time in Team Builder that I try to select him, it says "INVALID_CHAMP_SELECTION" and he disappears from the list. The only way i could get him to appear again is lock in as him in a custom game, but the error keeps reoccurring. I have relogged several times. If someone could get back to me on this on how to fix it that would be great.
