BUG - HUD - Twisted Treeline - Ally Champion Ult Indicator

Good Morning,

There is a visual bug relating to the HUD for champions who have Ult's that can have a massive reduced cooldown on Twister Treeline map.

E.g. when he deviours a minion/creep, Cho receives a CD reduction on his ult.

when Poppy charges her ult, but decides not to use it.

The dot/circle next to the ally champion's portrait on the HUD will then show the FULL cooldown time. This makes it difficult for me as a teammate to ever know if my ally has his/her ult when we will be engaging a teamfight.
