[Bug] - Visual bug in TT and all Loading Screens 20160227

Good Evening,

I would like to report 2 bugs related to user's view:

1. On all loading screens for games - there is a small graphical smudge, right above the 'vs'. To be exact : it hovers right over the left upper portion of 'v'. This is for Summoner's Rift and Twisted Treeline (same with dominion, but that's irrelevant now :'( ).

2. HUD provides incorrect information regarding teammate ult - I have recently become a regular at Twisted Treeline and realized that with the champs that have ultimate s with a huge CD reduction potential, does not show when it is given. Eg. when Cho noms a minion he is given a lower CD, in the HUD, the pie chart representing teammates R CD, shows the full CD and not the shorter version. This is also apparent in Poppy's ult when she does not use it and receives a CD reduction. May not be infecting gameplay, however for ranking teams' this is problematic as I do not know if my teammate has their ult for an engage or not.
