New Client bug

Hi Riot can we fix this bug? Sometimes the client will glitch and the toolbar (for starting a match, shop, loot, profile) on the top disappears and you have to restart client. Heres a pic: https://gyazo.com/6b7272df0d83c1071dc36d23c8a6cf38
