Locking me out from picking then i get hit with que dodge penalty

Lately every so often the pick screen locks me out from locking in my ban/pick no matter how much i spam click it. and then im hit with a dodge penalty. this has happened a dozen of times now its annoying. this never happened with the old pick system and i feel that its not fair than ive lost probably around 50 LP because the client is still buggy months after release.....
