Can't log in

Every time I try to log in it just says Logging In.... and never does. And then comes up with "Unknown Error". Sometimes it lets me in but everything is so slow and then I try to join a Queue and it kicks me out for not selecting a champion even though it was not my turn. This is very frustrating, and it just started doing this last night out of the blue.
