[GAMEPLAY] Yorick ult bug

On Yorick, when you use his ult it goes on cooldown like all ults, but when the maiden dies the cooldown is reset, making it so if it has a 90 second cooldown and when she dies the timer is on say, 40 seconds it resets to 90. I don't know if this is a bug or intentional, but it seems like something that needs to be addressed
