I can't communicate with my team in Draft mode

I've noticed that since I started Ranked draft mode I can't communicate with my teams in the chat. Like I'll say things like "banns?" or I'll say I prefer ADC And nobody replys to me. and then yesterday I finally noticed I was the only one who joined the chat. Nobody else just me. But all my other friends can communicate With each other. Can someone fix this? Because I don't want to be that guy who is 3rd to pick and somone calls ADC and I didnt even notice. Because I cant communicate with anyone.
