Unable to ban
I connect to chat and don't seem to have connection problems; but then I am unable to lock in ban and am forced to dodge.

I had the same problem!
I just had a strange bug that would allow me to highlight a champion to ban, but the Ban button was grayed out. Once my timer hit 0, the Ban button turned yellow but I was kicked from the game.
No idea how to recreate it, and throughout all of the champion selects I've played through, it was the first time I've seen it happen. No internet connection error on my side; Music wasn't interrupted, I'm browsing forums without trouble, and I was even able to go to the shop immediately afterward. Honestly when I clicked to go into the shop, I swear it loaded faster than usual.
The client, aside from the shop feels very laggy. I clicked to open my Lunar Revel skin discounts, but one of them closed again.
