Queue dodging glitch

This has happened many times to me before, but right before a game I seem to leave my ranked queue. This occurs AFTER I have locked in and I'm just waiting for the game to start. I always begin to think that another person has dodged but Riot sends me a message stating that I'VE left. Reply back I'm hella confused. o-o
