Tired of getting queue dodge timers when im forced to close the client cause its frozen or bugged.

This has happened multiple times in the past couple weeks where the client bugs out and gets stuck so you cant choose a champion or do anything in the champ select portion so you're forced to exit the client which results in a queue dodge timer for something completely out of my control. I can see it happening once or twice but its been like 4 times within the past 2 weeks and now im forced to wait an extended 15 minutes because the client doesnt work properly.
