almost every game katarina has been immune to my cc

up untill recently i never had issues locking kat's down but last few games abilities would not work on her no dmg taken no cc effect nothing even exhaust. examples are alistar knock up and headbutt she just kept spaming abils and melting people another is lulu's w polymorph did nothing to her but goes on cooldown still.

this has caused me to lose a good few games up untill today i never had an issue shuting kat's down.
