Scanning files every week or so.

While this is not a a very frequent occurrence, every week or so the client starts scanning the god damn files. This goes on and on for at least half hour. Even though there is no new hot fix or patch. No, I haven't copied my client from a friend it is a legit download and install. Its a big buzz kill please fix this Riot. Stop wasting resources or events and new modes when you have real issues to work out.
