[GAMEPLAY] Viktor,Annie,and Ivern ult bug

On Annie, Ivern, or Viktor, when casting ult, I get stuck with the last input I put in. I can move my ult-such as tibbers, daisy and viktor ult but I cant move my champion. 1.Cast ult 2.Try to right click to move(it wont work) 3.Try to cast any ability and it will go through but you cant stop it from happening.

I've been trying to play these champs because they are really fun for me but it sucks not being able to cast my ult, since it is a big part of their kit.I tried this in a custom game several times and it works everytime, I even deleted league and installed it again but it still didn't work. I also tried reparing it from the launcher and it still doesn't work.
