When I try casting my ult as annie or viktor(any ult that requires manual clicking) I get stuck doing the last animation I last inputed-Skip to 8:30 to see actual bug. As I have seen, this has not been happening to other players and just me.
theArtifacts1 votesI have no idea what it is you're trying to describe. Can you reproduce this in a video?

Worked. That looks like packet loss to me, not a bug but rather a connection error. Your ping isn't spiking so it isn't lag. It's data between your computer and the server being lost. Might need to contact your ISP.
