When I try casting my ult as annie or viktor(any ult that requires manual clicking) I get stuck doing the last animation I last inputed-Skip to 8:30 to see actual bug. As I have seen, this has not been happening to other players and just me.

I have no idea what it is you're trying to describe. Can you reproduce this in a video?
