[GAMEPLAY] Gangplank Remove Scurvy
Remove Scurvy works on Suppressions, the one Crowd Control Effect that is supposed to be unable to be negated.

Nowhere in Nether Grasp does it say it cannot be removed. Gangplank's Remove Scurvy does say "ANY CC", however.
Remove Scurvy isn't the only thing that removes/prevents it, either. You can read up on it on the LoL wiki if you're interested.
The Wiki is useful but being a wiki it isn't to be relied upon.

As Malzahar's Suppression prevents Summoner Spells, it stops Cleanse from clearing it even though it would were it usable. Thus, I expect the same from any ability that is Suppressed.
Items are not suppressed at all, all item effects are usable during Suppression so naturally that one item that removes debuffs can remove Supression. Of course they could use any other item as well, so this is consistent and expected behavior. That it cannot be Cleansed means Suppression is supposed to be better than just Stun, and Gangplank's ability ignores that without the tooltip saying it does.
