Gameplay bug with katarina's skills freezing

Numerous times now playing as Katrina I will be doing well and then half my skills freeze up and i cant cast half of them. I just got done playing a game where i was doing well and my Q,R and back keys all stopped working. I tried changing the key inputs to other keys that didnt fix it. I tried disconnecting from the game and reconnecting that didnt fix it. I tried using manual cast instead of quick cast that didnt fix it. the absolute only cure that i can find to fix it is if i let enemies kill me and then its a 50/50 that my abilities come back to use. If you guys are going to have a bug on a champion that could literally make the difference of winning or losing i dont know what to do. I struggle hard enough getting a team of people not filled with afk's, trolls, or intentional feeders i dont need my champion to lose half their abilities on top of that with the only way to get them back as dieing. Also this is not the first time ive had this happen to me this is probably the 5 or 6th time since patch 5.3 came out.
