Katrina skills Q and R freezing [Gameplay]

I reported this issue a month ago and it obviously still hasn't even been looked at by Riot. While playing games as Katrina i will be in the middle of a fight and while im in the middle of casting my dancing blades (Q) if the person i cast it on dies before my blade reaches them that skill permanently freezes as well as my ultimate (R) reducing me to a completely useless champ. Let me re-iterate what i mean by freezes I mean COMPLETELY UNUSABLE THE ICONS ON MY SKILL BAR READ THAT THEY ARE FULLY COOLED DOWN BUT THEY NEVER RESPOND EVER.THE ONLY RESOLUTION TO THIS HORRENDOUS GLITCH/BUG IS IF I ALLOW MYSELF TO DIE.

This is true, i had this exact problem myself today. Lost game cuz my q and ult just all of a sudden refused to work.

I have never had this happen and I am a kat main. I'm not even sure how it happens to you guys when the way you described it has happened I have been in that situation and never had it do that. I see these same post a lot to so I'm curious how this all happens for you guys.

I have had this happen alot recently.

However this No Q no B or Q B and R not working is not just on Kat I have seen his reported on at least three champions so far.
