Rank Flex Duo selection bug

It's a small error/ bug but it could be fixed i think.

so the situation when it occurs is exactly the following (happened multiple times on different days): 1.person A makes a lobby with person B but can't select Ranked Solo/Duo since A is silver, B is plat 2.B logs off and C joins the lobby. C is gold so that means A should be able to select Ranked Solo/Duo as the game of choice.

*problem /bug occurs here: the Ranked Solo/Duo stays deactivated and cannot be chosen

3.so to solve this, both people have to regroup and make a new lobby in order to be able to select Ranked Solo/Duo
