Client stays minimized after games finish

every since 2 or 3 patches ago, the client stays minimized after a game finishes instead of poping up.

So, you have to click the client icon for it to show every game and sometimes, it takes awhile for the stats to even load. Once in a while, the client fails to even load fully as a window and you have to terminate league client and restart

I'm not the only one with this problem and my friends seem to have this issue as well
