Karma W Vision
It says that it reveals the target, but it keeps losing vision of Akali when she goes into her mist thing. Is it supposed to do that or keep revealing them?

It reveals the target... While the teether is active. That means, you'll get vision on the target for a brief 2 second. You lose the vision when :
. You break the teether . The teether duration ended
The 2 second may seem useless, but most of the time, a single glimpse can win you the fight with Karma. This vision is mostly effective when.
. The ennemy is attemping to juke in a bush
. 
BEFORE she casts her mist
. 
BEFORE he casts his ultimate
. 
BEFORE her passive pops up
. 
When he tries to juke you with his decoy
. Etc....
It grants standard vision, e.g. vision ward. It only grants a vision if they walk into a brush, not if they stealth.
