Can't log into client

So I was playing earlier, took a break for a short amount of time, I came back and decided to test something in a custom game, but when I tried to start I got a strange message saying I can't start a game because player is banned. I thought that's weird, restarted the client and was rejected on the login screen with a similar message. I checked every email I've ever made in my life and havnt received anything from riot, nor is there any reason my account should be banned. I've never used any 3rd party software, I got a chat restriction for 10 games once for cursing, and had been careful about it since. I opened a ticket and Waited and waited with no response. Could I get any help or explanation as to why there would be any reason my account is banned. Or has anyone received a similar problem Before?
