So after reading the q and a, it says you can't receive loot rewards from an s rating while your account is under a ban or restriction, I had a 10 game chat restriction a few weeks ago on my account, and for some reason it won't let me receive hex tech loot. Please fix this

@Brandalicious I have had the same thing as you I was finished my behavioural chat restrictions couple days ago when I realized I couldn't get a chests so I went on my account what was unbanned for about a good month and a half now and it said that I can't get chests due to that reason riot please fix this

Just cause you completed your punishment, it does not mean you are on the nice list. You will have to show that you have learned your lesson and that takes time. Expect to not get your free stuff (hex tech loot) for several months.
It's not a bug. You have to be on the good boy list for a little while before you can receive hextech loot again. Basically just don't get reported and you'll be earning chests in no time.
