[Client]Log in animation is cut out.

Yo, I loved your game since I started 5 years ago, I love the hard work you guys put in this game. Season ended and new champs come out more often, but the log in screen animation is cut out for quite some time now. I didn't learn any new champs since Azir, all the new champs looks fun but having to log in twice for the last weeks partially cut log in intro with a black client didn't encourage me to play more league, I just hoped that I wouldn't get banned from an unexpected error or doing too bad on a new champ. The cut out animation is really getting to me(also the chat box resetting every game) I know it'l show the full art if I "Stop animations" but I want to frikin' see it animated in full like I used to.
