Champion Select Game Crashing Bug

So my friends and I where queuing in normals for fun, and we encountered some a serious bug. So about halfway through champion select, my UI bugged out and removed all of the icons for champions, and half of the player's icons in the game, along with their respective summoner spells. This crashed my game after about 30 seconds, my lol.client/exe stopped working, and windows shut it down. This also occurred to another one of my friends, in the next immediate queue. I will update with a screen shot if it happens again.
